Aircraft
A diverse series for applications where the motion is primarily
oscillating. Many aircraft bearings are either cadmium plated
or stainless steel for corrosion resistance. In many cases the
inner ring extends beyond the outer ring to eliminate a need
for spacers. Some of the more commonly used series are: KP,
KSP, DPP, DSP, DW, B500, Aw-Ak, and Y-PWI .Specifications are
always available as well as engineered assistance.
Spherical Roller
Incorporating two rows of rollers which run on a common race,
the bearings are self aligning and permit displacement of a
shaft relative to the housing under extreme loads. Especially
suitable for heavy duty applications.
Linear Rail Units (Ball and
Roller)
These units come in a variety of types and sizes. Linear Rail
Systems feature accuracy and rigidity under complex load conditions.
Linear Rail Systems are available in high carbon steel, suitable
for general applications, and corrosion resistant steel for
critical areas such as medical, food grade or storage devices.
Additional machining can be performed on most rails, enabling
the user to drill and tap locating holes, as well as adjusting
rail length.
Linear Motion
High precision bearings designed for linear motion with minimal
friction to the shaft. Available in chrome steel, stainless
steel, and resin when economy is a concern. Linear motion bearings
are available in both metric and inch sizes as well as a variety
of styles. Additional information available upon request.
Rod Ends
Perform well under vibration and shock load applications. Available
in male and female types. Right hand and left hand threads.
Rod ends are offered in several materials, and grades, ranging
from general purpose to aircraft applications. Inch and metric
sizes.
Bronze and Oilite
An economical alternative to the ball bearing, where applications
permit. Select a bearing from oilite to bronze, rulon to nylon.
Available in flanged and unflanged styles, precision grade,
graphite filled, grease or oil grooves, solid bronze and thrust
type. You want it, we have it.
Stainless Steel
Many bearings listed in this brochure are available in AISI
440 stainless steel.
